Each test series will be available for 6 days as per schedule. This is known as Available period. You have to participate in the test only during Available Period. If you fail to participate, then you will be considered absent for test series. Test attended during this available period is known as Participated Test.
You can choose from any of the two subjects (Optional Subjectr or General Studies) to write the test first. However, after participation of the first test you must complete another test within the 24 hours of starting the first test or end of Available Period (take whichever the earliest). This is known as “Completion Period”. If you fail to finish another test within the Completion Period then you will be considered absent for second test.
Generally every test timing is 2 hours. Hence ,there is a timer set (for 2 hours) for submission of every test. This is called as “Submission Period”. If you are unable to submit a test in the stipulated Submission Period, then the timer would freeze your answer sheet and would submit the test automatically.
While during writing the test, even if there is an interruption like power failures, the test would not end abruptly. On resuming, the test will continue from the interrupted state. However, it's your responsibility to complete the test and test series within 24 hours of starting the first/interrupted test. If you fail to do so, on completion of 24 hours, the interrupted test will submit automatically and if you have another test in pending then you are considered absent for that pending test.
Immediately after submission of the test you find a new learning Experience. You will be taken to “Evaluation Page”. Here you gets a comprehensive Topic wise analysis for the test and test series involved. Then you will be taken to “Answer Review Page”. Here you gets answers for the test with explanations. This is the end of test. Then you will be directed to your Account Page.
Immediately after submission of a test or immediately after the end of Available Period, the test paper would be archived date wise. This is known as "Archives of Finished Test". This gives you an option for repeating the finished test in future for your personal revision or if you had missed the schedule. Test attended from the Archive is known as “Repeated Test”.
On the 7th day of starting a test series, that is immediately after end of Available Period “All India Rank” (Test Series wise , Subject wise, Community wise) will be computed among the participants and displayed (in Candidate's Account page) /communicated to you (through SMS). Therefore, a day before the next scheduled test series came to live all of you were get to know yourAll India Ranks of that weekly test series.
All the generated outcomes such as 1. Comprehensive Evaluation, 2. Answer Reviews and 3. All India Ranks for every test series must be archive date wise so that you can review it in a future date. These are called “Test Outcomes”.
Test Outcomes of both Participated and Repeated test would be archived seperately. Generally, the period for which you can access your personal outcomes (“Test Outcomes Period”) is your “lifetime”, that is until your membership exist with CivilseXpert.
